RMA Policy and Procedures |

Warranty for non - "as is" equipment is 90 days unless otherwise specified in writing. DO NOT break the warranty void seal for any reason. If you or your customer breaks the seal the warranty will be considered null and void.

"As is" equipment does not have a warranty.

RMA's will not be issued after the 90-day warranty period has expired. No exceptions.

RMA's will only be issued after our Technical Assistance Department has reviewed the problem.

RMA's will only be issued after the Customer has provided all serial numbers of "defective equipment" and a description of the problem(s). DO NOT return items without CEI serial numbers. They will not be accepted as substitutes for items originally shipped by CEI.

RMA's will only be shipped by Ground services unless pre-approved by CEI management.

Our Shipping and Receiving Department will reject items returned without the RMA number on the box.

Customers are responsible for the return of any RMA item(s) to CEI, including freight charges, packaging, and shipping label(s). Items to be returned must be packaged with materials equivalent to the way the customer received the original shipment. CEI recommends that all packing materials be kept until the items are determined to be in satisfactory condition.

RMA's will not be issued for items damaged in transit. A replacement item may be purchased while the carrier is processing the claim.

RMA items found to be in good working order will be subject to a restocking fee (20% of the original purchase price).
|
 |
RMA items not returned within 14 days of the request for replacement will be invoiced at the original purchase price.
