| At Computronics, we have the ability to service and repair
every product that we sell. All of our products start with a ninety
day warranty. Our equipment is supported by our own in house
technicians. Every product that we sell, service, or repair ships
from our facility to ensure our stringent quality control measures.

Many people believe that it is cheaper to purchase new equipment, rather than repair existing equipment. That just may not be the case. Given that the biggest expense in printing is not the equipment, but the cost of the consumables- toners, ribbons, and ink. If we are able to extend the life of your existing equipment by 12-24 months, you or your company could save a significant amount of money by continuing to use your existing toners, rather than purchasing the more expensive toners for the newer machines. Example: "Success Company" currently has a fleet of (25) Lexmark Optra T 620 printers. Each printer uses (4) toners per year. The historic cost of each toner is $149.00. The annual cost for consumables would therefore be: 25 x 4 = 100 toners x $149.00 = $14,900 per year. If "Success Company" upgrades to the Lexmark T 640, with consumable costs of $299 each, the annual cost would rise to $29,900.
